Under the umbrella of the Punjab Council of the Arts (PUCAR), we provide a comprehensive network of professional cultural facilities across Punjab. All our facilities are available for rent to the public, artists, and organizations at affordable rates for private and cultural events. Our infrastructure is designed to support artists, nurture talent, and make the arts accessible to all. 

 

PERFORMANCE & EVENT VENUES

We own and manage a diverse range of venues suitable for events of all scales, available for public booking through a simple and transparent process.

Large Auditoriums

Modern, air-conditioned halls with professional sound systems, lighting rigs, and large stages. Ideal for theatrical productions, music concerts, dance performances, conferences, and seminars.

Open-Air Theatres

Historic, iconic and scenic amphitheaters i.e., Open Air Theatre in Bagh-e-Jinnah, Lahore and Kashmir Point Murree, for performances under the sky.

Mini Halls

Versatile and intimate spaces perfect for workshops, lectures, small meetings, and community gatherings.

Adabi Baithak (Literary Lounges)

Dedicated, tranquil spaces designed for poetry recitals, book launches, intellectual discussions, and literary circles.

Outdoor Cultural Spaces

Flexible open-air areas for festivals, fairs, and large public gatherings.

3D Cinema

A specialized facility in Murree for screening cultural films, documentaries, and arthouse cinema.

 

VISUAL ARTS & EXHIBITION SPACES

We provide platforms for visual artists to display their work and engage with the community.

Art Galleries

Curated, professional gallery spaces that host rotating exhibitions of painting, sculpture, calligraphy, photography, and installation art from emerging and established artists.

Craft Display Centers

Dedicated areas to showcase and promote traditional and contemporary handicrafts, supporting local artisans and preserving heritage skills.

Museums

A dedicated space in Murree to display local crafts, historical artifacts, and cultural collections.

Open Air Theatre, Lahore

Undergoing a major restoration to add a new 200-seat auditorium (Punjab Hall), an Art & Craft Museum, artist studios, and a cafeteria.

Punjab Arts Council, Bahawalpur

A new cultural complex to promote the rich heritage of South Punjab.

Punjab Arts Council, Bhakkar

A new facility to extend cultural services to the western districts of Punjab.

Punjab Arts Council, D.G. Khan (Tea House)

An upcoming facility with a dedicated literary lounge and cafeteria to serve the D.G. Khan division.

Renovation of Existing Councils

Ongoing renovation and modernization works are being carried out at divisional and district arts councils throughout Punjab to enhance facilities, improve accessibility, and provide a world-class experience for artists and audiences.
